believe art is a universal language that defines us as human beings. I paint, create and compose to reflect the world I live in.
My work aims to fuse archetypes of my cultural heritage with a message of hope and social justice. I aim to break down barriers to promote social understanding and conscious reflection.
I work in a variety of mediums: clay, ink, papier-mâché, acrylics, oil, spray paint, watercolors, pastels, cardboard, and wood. Brushes, sponges, textiles and my hands help me create the textures I need.
I draw inspiration from life: the sea, people, art, love, family, travels, tradition, everyday struggles, friends, and death.
